At Harvey Specter Group We are currently seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Designer with a strong capability in application graphic design development to join our talented team.
 

Position Overview: As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting visually stunning and intuitive user interfaces for our applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement creative solutions that enhance user experience and drive user engagement. The ideal candidate should possess a keen eye for detail, a passion for user-centric design, and a proven track record of creating visually appealing and highly functional applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.

  • Develop and maintain design elements to ensure consistency across all platforms.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually enhance design processes.

  • Conduct user research and gather feedback to iteratively improve designs.

  • Work closely with developers to ensure the seamless integration of design concepts.
     

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing application graphic design projects.

  • Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.

  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

  • Experience with designing for both web and mobile platforms.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
     

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with motion design and prototyping tools.

  • Familiarity with front-end development languages and its impact on the design

  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
